Force order synchronization
Each time a change is made to a web order, Woocommerce creates a webhook that is intercepted and managed by the connector; to force the sending of an order, that for whatever reason has not been sent to Globalsys, simply open and save the order in Woocommerce.
What reverse synch does
Reverse synchronisation creates the mapping with the management system of products entered directly on the webshop (not created with the connector). This functionality should only be used if it is necessary to create this mapping, e.g. during the migration process between another system and GlobalSys
Which products are synchronised
Only those products for which a change has been registered on Globalsys since the last synchronisation are exported and updated. To force the synchronisation of a product it is therefore necessary to edit/save the product on Globalsys
